Time sure flies when you’re having fun! The Voting Period for the Viewers’ Choice Awards will end at 11:59 PM (PT) on Saturday December 22^nd so tell your family, friends, and neighbors to get out there and vote for their favorite videos!

Remember we’ve got two contests going here with two sets of prizes; the Grand Prize and the Viewers’ Choice Awards. The Grand Prize winner-chosen by a panel of judges from Wells Fargo and the Tournament of Roses- will be announced soon and the winning video will be edited into a commercial to be broadcast during the nationally televised coverage of the 2008 Rose Parade on January 1^st, 2008!

The Viewers’ Choice Award, for the eligible video with the highest number of votes, will win an Apple iPhone. Viewers’ Choice Runners-Up Awards will be given to the next (10) videos with highest number of votes which will each win a Flip Video camcorder!

The developers at memelabs have been hard at work creating a memelabs facebook application. We would like to give a shout out to Andre for all of his hard work in making this happen. The application allows you to watch and vote for videos, share it with friends, see the videos that you’ve voted for, see the video’s that your facebook friends have submitted to the contests, update your memelabs profile, and see what friends you have on facebook that are also registered with memelabs.

What does this mean for you? With our new facebook application, you will be able to better promote your video with your friends…helping you to increase your chance of winning. Or, if your friend is one of the contests, you can add the application to your page and give your friend a boost in the competition. You can find the memelabs facebook application here.
