And, we want to hear from you! Send us a video clip of your very best pick-up line for a chance to win the Date of a Lifetime — an all-expense paid trip for two to Australia to tour Sydney, sample the wonderful wines and visit the real Little Penguins on Phillip Island in Australia.

Create a short video (90-seconds or less) of your own footage discussing your real-life dating debacles, stating your favorite pick up line, reenacting the pick up, or showing us how you met your mate for life. Creatively include the Little Penguin into your video and, most importantly, have fun! Outrageous, irresistible, funny or frightening, put your charm to the test!

Narrate your own story! Can't seem to find the actor that you looking for? Well look no further! Get that mug of yours on camera and tell us your own personal story. Share your stories with some of your nearest and dearest friends on the net and let us be the judge.

Reenact that key moment! For that more professionally polished submission, why not do a mise-en-scene, "on the lot" type of reenactment video where you play out the pick up line that may have got, or lost, that perfect match.

• Entries may not be longer than 90 seconds and no shorter than 15 seconds
• Entrants must be at least 21 years old
• Entrants are encouraged to use the Little Penguin branding creatively in their video
• Entrants may submit multiple entries
• There is no cost or purchase required to enter this Contest
• By entering this Contest, participants agree to accept the Contest Rules

Don'ts:

• No consumption shown
• No religious images
• No images of Santa Claus or Easter Bunny
• No cartoons, or content that is made to appeal to children
• All individuals featured in a video must appear to be over the age of 25
• No references to irresponsible or excess consumption
• No cursing
• No nudity or partial nudity

Dating and Mating with the Little Penguin Contest Offical Rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter this Contest.
2. Eligibility. Entry to the Contest is only open to U.S. residents, except for residents of CA and TN, at least 21 years of age at time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Organizer, Zezza (Zezza), Ketchum Inc. (Ketchum) and their respective affiliates, distributors, retailers and their respective employees and immediate family members of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Contest. For purpose of this contest, the term "immediate family members" shall include spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings, or any other household member.
3. Contest Guidelines. Videos must between 20 seconds and 90 seconds in length. Videos can be shot with camera phones, digital video cameras or any other digital moving image format. No still photo entries will be accepted. Video can be in any format. A one (1) minute project should be less than 6 megabytes (MB). Files larger than 8 MB will not be accepted.  All entries must relate to your real-life dating debacles, stating your very best pick-up line, re-enacting the pick-up, or showing us how you met you mate for life.  Acceptable source video includes sources that are not copyrighted. By submitting your contribution to the Organizer in relation to the Contest you represent, warrant and undertake to Sponsor and Organizer that your contribution (i) is your own original work and that you have the sole right to submit it to the Contest (ii) does not violate in any way rights of third parties including copyright and other intellectual property rights and (iii) does not violate any applicable laws. In the event that you breach any of your representations, warranties or undertakings contained herein Sponsor and Organizer shall be entitled to and may seek indemnification from you for recovery of all legal fees, damages, claims and other expenses that may be incurred by Sponsor or its affiliated entities as a result of your aforementioned breach.   Submission of your contribution to the Organizer constitutes an assignment of those rights to Sponsor.  Sponsor’s and Organizer’s officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be held liable for any copyright infringements or any prior exclusivity rights to any video submitted.  Entrant is responsible to secure permission from all talent included in the video.  Sponsor and Organizer assume no responsibility for royalties or fees associated with talent performances in the entered videos.  Persons appearing in videos must be at least 21 years of age and appear to be at least 25 years of age.  Videos may not contain obscene language or any content whatsoever which would reasonably be understood to be defamatory, threatening, distasteful, racist, unlawful or otherwise objectionable including, but not limited to: nudity, profanity, or graphic violence.  Sponsor and Organizer reserve the right to not accept entries that are considered inappropriate for the Contest.   Sponsor and Organizer reserve the right to alter or modify your contribution to the Contest without notification or consent from you.
4. Entry Rules. Videos must be submitted via the web as instructed after registration, between 12.00am PST on January 15, 2008 and 11.59.59 on May 31, 2008.  Early and late entries will not be considered.  If you have problems uploading, please contact Organizer at info@memelabs.com. If you are having problems uploading, you must contact us before the contest has expired. Sponsor and Organizer assume no responsibility for lost or late entries or for incomplete computer transmissions or technical failures.  Each entry must be submitted by an individual, not a couple or a team.  All entries must be received by May 31, 2008.  In case of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entry will be accepted or rejected at the absolute discretion of Sponsor.
5. Winners Selection. One (1) Grand Prize winner and four (4) Monthly winners will be selected. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges consisting of representative for Sponsor, Zezza/Ketchum, and Jacqui Malouf who will critique each video using the guidelines outlined in Paragraph 6.  Monthly winners will be selected by popular vote among voters on the website.  The winners will be contacted at the phone and/or e-mail provided during registration. Winners will me notified within a reasonable time after the winning videos are announced.  The winners and the title of their video entry will be announced on the Web site.
6. Judging.  The four (4) Monthly prizes selected by popular vote will be awarded for each of the periods: (a) January/February, (b) March, (c) April, (d) May, and (e) June/July. Monthly winners are only eligible to win one of the monthly prizes, regardless of votes.  All Monthly winners are eligible for the Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize winning video will be selected and judged using the following guidelines: creativity (25%), humor (25%), originality (25%), and popularity among voters on the site (25%).  Judges shall have the sole authority and discretion to select the Grand Prize winner.  The decision of the judges is final and binding.
7. Prizes Awarded by Sponsor. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive round trip coach airfare for two (2) to Australia, ground transportation to and from airport to hotel, six (6) days, seven (7) nights standard double occupancy accommodations for two (2), and tours of Phillip Island and surrounding wineries (ARV $10,000).  Five (5) Monthly prize-winners will receive an iPod Touch®* (ARV $299 each, total ARV $1,149).  For a list of winners and their videos, visit www.memelabs.com/littlepenguin.  Total prize awards: Approximately $11,495.  No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.  All taxes are the sole responsibility of each respective prize winner.
8. General Conditions.  Your participation in the Contest, including submission of a video to Organizer shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions set out Memelabs.com (Organizer) and Foster’s Wine Estates Americas Company (Sponsor).  Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules.
